SIAM-VOSTOK", LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is a leading Russian oil and gas company and is among the top ten privately-owned oil and gas refineries in Russia and in terms of crude oil and gas production. The company was registered 2008-02-20 as a result of uniting several medium and small oil companies in the east-west, southern region of Tomskaya oblast, Tomsk and Ural regions of the Russian federation. Siam-vostok is one of the largest independent oil and gas producers in the whole Eastern and Ural regions with current production capacity of 85,000 barrels per day. The Company holds 21 subsoil licenses, of which 15 are production licenses and 6 are combined licenses for geological survey, exploration and production of hydrocarbons. Other licenses are held through various joint ventures with internal and foreign investment companies.
Siam-vostok is an independent oil and gas company with a diversified upstream and downstream portfolio in Russia .The company’s upstream operations are located primarily in southeastern West Siberian Plain (Tomsk, Tomsk Oblast),

The independent audit conducted by McNaughton confirmed that as of 31 December 2010 Siam-vostok Total Proved Reserves amounted to 1.1 billion barrels of oil equivalent. And a substantial gas production of 6.5 million cubic meters per day, and a valued gas reserve of estimated 25 billion cubic meters.
Under SEC methodology on a life of field (LOF) basis, Siam-vostok Total Proved Reserves were 685 million barrels of oil equivalent.
Siam-vostok controls 75 thousand bbl/day in installed refining capacity, with principal refining assets located in Saratov (Volga-Urals), Nizhnevartovsk (West Siberia).
TNK-BP operates a retail network of close to 97 filling stations in Russia working under the brand Siam-vostok. The company is one of the key suppliers to the Siberia/Ural-central region retail market.

Siam-vostok is has a branch office  in Moscow and is governed by a multinational management team with experience of working in over 25 different countries of Cis, Europe Asia, Africa and America. Siam-vostok employs approximately 3,500 people, mostly located in eight major areas of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Siam-vostok will continue to develop its Brownfield base, managing decline rates and ensuring reserves replacement rate in excess of in-year production. Simultaneously, we will continue to develop new Greenfield projects to ensure sustainable growth in the longer term. It will be provided primarily through the development of the Uvat project in the south of the Tomsk Region which was launched in 2009, of the Verkhnechonskoye deposit in the Irkutsk Region which was launched in early 2008, and of the north production center of the Kamennoye deposit in the Khanty Mansiysk Autonomous District which was commissioned in august 2009.
